地理位置不错：斜对面就是观前街，出门就有公交站，旁边还有一个很大的物美超市。只是内装饰较为陈旧，房间里总有股霉味。总的来说，性价比还可以。

我8月10号入住这家酒店，环境很差，房间又脏又陈旧，（装潢不知道有多少年了）白天竟然没有热水！有热水了水没有压力，洗澡就像滴水观音。问了没人理，没有有线电视，就几个频道节目，晚上睡觉电视机关了还会发出声音， 奇怪了？毛巾床单都是很旧又发黑。水壶的水还没有烧开里面的水都漏光了，价格居然还那么高。在和他们交涉的时候还有很多像我这样的客人在摇头！以后绝不会在住这样的酒店了 有点被蒙的感觉。

我们正赶上房间安装数字电视，原先的频道太少，两个晚上都无法正常观看。洗澡水很大很舒服，房间条件尚可，交通十分便利。

交通真的十分便利，出门就是公交车车站；走不远就是关前街和大洋百货；唯一的缺点就是宾馆设施感觉挺旧的，洗手间倒是蛮宽敞的。
