有名无实，很失望，垃圾一样的酒店，有的是一次不愉快，带有伤心的旅途，为了孩子考研定的家庭房，结果是一张大床加一个小床，洗澡到一半也是凉水。。。。住一宿付了两宿的钱，酒店说找网站去协调，几次与客服沟通就更好笑，更气人，说当初预定时就告知不退，态度生硬，实在让用户感觉碰到了黑社会一样，但我觉得亿龙是大网站，著名的网站有这样垃圾的客服，请亿龙的CEO我花了近1000元，是不是给我一个说法？结不负责任的客服一个教育的说法！这是我近三十年出差遇到的最差的一次住宿和客服的最差态度。我的手机号码13338879988我叫刘宏元。邮箱fylhy2008@126.com
