位置与交通较好，方便。但7楼的住房条件不好手机宽带几乎没有，非常难链接。室内照明灯无法关闭，要关在电控箱中关闭，但空调与充电都无法使用了。淋浴龙头大的也已损坏也没有修理。在预定住房时看了评述也有这些问题，所以预付定的不是这房间，但到酒店讲没有原定的要换房条件比原来好，结果。。。。不诚实。
