拔卡后出门发现，酒店的门，锁不上，从外面能打开，找来服务员，给我的解释是系统原因，重复开关几次后，能正常锁住。第二天又出现这种情况，服务员来了，又说是卡的原因。这中间，店里不管是管理还是服务员都没有主动提出给我换房间或者其他解决措施。。。原定的住三天，实在忍不了，就提前退房了。
