很失望，一路从青岛自驾游住了好多酒店，感觉都不错，但是从无锡的如家精选到7天的高端丽枫。简直差别太大，一直知道7天的服务没有如家的好，但是想着高端应该好些吧，首先说办理入住的服务，如家精选所有的工作人员全部都是微笑服务，说话的语气也特别温柔。但是丽枫，那天接待我们的应该还是个主管吧，因为这个服饰不一样，全程黑脸，我一再说想要一个环境好的房间，别有异味的那种。黑着脸告诉我所有的房间都一样什么什么的，因为我东西好多我好不容易拿到房间，一进门就是好重的下水道的味道，我就给前台打电话，换了一间房间还是味道好大。首先对于自己房间的状态都不了解么，多亏遇到房间的保洁阿姨，特别好的人。知道房里情况跑步帮我找前台又一次调换房间，终于换了一个没有味道，房间确实有点高科技的体验，有电动的窗帘，感应的很多开关什么的，但是当天对于我不舒服的感受来讲已经没有任何吸引了。酒店没有早餐，也是醉了。相比如家精选每人38元餐标真是弊端明显，服务差距太大了，我是再也不会住丽枫了，失望透顶。真实评价供大家参考。希望贵店好好改善下吧，我一个人不住是没有关系，住高端的顾客对住宿体验还是蛮有要求的，既然做了这样的定位还是努力吧。
