非常不错哦，到酒店15点多前台都是客人，立即去酒廊办了入住，房间已好，没等房，很顺利，小姐姐还送了份早饭，晚上酒店外有??，客房送了欢迎水果和巴黎水，比之前白金会员服务还好??

元旦假期来后花园的staycation，整体来説还算满意。酒店是17年建造的，整体保养得当没有很旧。酒店小而精，虽然不大但是基本设备齐全。网友普遍诟病的服务，整体来説基本服务还行，但绝无再好一点了。早餐有点乱，晚餐也是，整体来看酒店的人手不够，流程有点乱。另外就是酒店带孩子的家庭比较多，如果是要找清净并不合适。

It was the 3rd visit with my family for the new year. As always the fireworks were amazing at the right time. We had a good time again. But there were some points that made us a little bit uncomfortable during the stay. The toilet in the bathroom had disgusting smell. It looked clean but the smell was not really good. Maybe they need to clean the ground better. I And the security in the swimming pool made us another unpleasant. My children (17 & 15 years) were playing the ball and we are the only swimmers playing in the pool. And he said no play allowed. I didn’t understand why. And he was watching his phone all the time. If he explained why and ask my children play carefully, I fully understand but just stop them. It ruined our mood completely. I would not come again.

酒店就在苏州湾边，步行道散步1.6公里可以走到苏州湾大剧院，苏州湾数字艺术馆和閲湖台等地方，一路环境优美。酒店大厅大气宽敞，咖啡厅落地窗也能看到美丽的太湖风景前台非常友好，听説是庆生入住，贴心的帮我们升级房型。房间非常宽敞明亮，一进门就是落地窗，直麪太湖。房间衞生也很乾净我们昨晚在中餐厅点菜吃，也很不错大河虾非常鲜美

家人们，我必须要给大家分享我在苏州湾艾美酒店的超棒体验??!从踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就被它精致大气的装修风格吸引了。大堂宽敞明亮，水晶吊灯散发着柔和的光，犹如夜空中闪烁的星辰。前台工作人员Wen热情周到，办理入住手续快速又高效，让我瞬间有了宾至如归的感觉。我入住的房间视野好，透过大大的落地窗，苏州湾的美景尽收眼底。房间布置温馨又时尚，床品柔软舒适，就像躺在云朵里一样，一夜好眠。浴室里的设施一应俱全，洗漱用品品质也很高。酒店的餐饮更是一大亮点。餐厅环境优雅，菜品丰富多样，口味超赞。我嚐了当地特色的苏帮菜，每一道都色香味俱全，让人回味无穷。酒店的休闲设施也很完善，健身房器材齐全，游泳池乾净清澈。在这里，我既能尽情放松身心，又能享受运动的快乐。此外，酒店的地理位置十分优越，周边交通便利，购物、游玩都很方便。这次在苏州湾艾美酒店的入住体验堪称完美，我已经开始期待下一次的到来啦!强烈推荐给大家??!
