除了早餐品种可以完善，比如增加牛奶，其它找不到不足。硬件及环境不错，服务态度热情，管理基本有序，大多数情况下都能免费升级，国庆长假房间紧俏，居然也为我们一行四个大人一个小孩的两个房间升了级，还免费赠送了一个六岁儿童的早餐，晚上有评弹演出，房间有水果赠送，室内外卫生也较好，整洁干净。最好的是紧靠平江路历史文化街区，步行去几个苏州园林景点方便。
