原来叫“名致”，现在叫“乐璟”。改名后，房间设备智能化，微信可控电视、灯等。但服务人员少了，态度也差了。最可悲的是，下午6:00到酒店，房间冷得像冰窟，空调开到晚上0:00，房间也只有15度，没法洗澡和睡觉。第二天早上起来，感冒了，咳嗽！退房时问前台：“我预订的房间，为什么不早点打开空调？”服务员说：“预订也是临时安排，无法打开空调。”差点晕倒！

酒店还是很好的，里面设备俱全，出行也方便，离圆融广场很近，就是房间里的热水是热水器烧的，一个人洗完了就要等好久才能再洗，有点浪费时间，我们住的时候有一个人还没有洗到热水澡，因为太晚了，困得不行
