订的酒店上午十点多到了也让入住，前台还很贴心询问了要什么楼层，可以免费停车，自驾游很方便，离苏州中心也很近走路很快就能到了，楼层高风景也比较好，唯一一个缺点就是酒店不能抽烟，信号也不怎么好，总的来说性价比挺高的

和朋友来苏州旅游、订的2个标间、就是大裤衩附近、停车也比较方便～但是酒店房间噪音太大、一整晚根本没睡好！！第一：空调噪音太响、根本没办法好好入睡、后半夜索性换掉了。第二：马桶一直有异响、咕噜咕噜一整晚～～没法好好休息！！
希望酒店赶紧改进、太影响品牌形象了…

带着爸妈过来的，苏州离我们这边很近，每年都要来几次，特别是金鸡湖景区，每次下榻的酒店都是那，金鸡湖美居酒店是第一次过来入住，超出我的期望，酒店环境超棒，不愧是法国旗下的高端酒店，前台和保洁阿姨的服务都超级热情，早餐也很满意，下次去金鸡湖我还住那
