酒店前台服务极差，以无艺龙订单为名，拒开房。后经艺龙协调，终于开房，足足等了40分钟。酒店设施也很落后，完全不值这个价格。强烈不推荐。

帮同学定的房，结果同学说一上去门就打不开*进去之后空调开到10*都不用盖被子*闷得很*杯子不要太脏*自己洗过才能用*结果定了两天的房同学住了一天就退掉了*前台有个MM的态度也不是很好*

预订的是双床，到店居然被告知只剩大床房可以住，令人气愤，没信誉！国庆期间，重订酒店很难，只好忍了！酒店设施陈旧、比较脏，电脑房居然上不了网，电视摇控也是坏的，太令人失望了！好在，服务态度还不错，算是得到点心理安慰吧。住这里的唯一好处是吃饭、逛街方便。
