一开始按导航去了古镇里面，打电话指引后才找到，第一间房浴室灯不亮。换了一间淋蓬头又不行，店家很积极处理着，服务态度蛮好。

酒店环境不错，庭院室客栈还是第一次住，不大的地方还有一个小景观池，不愧是以园林为特点的苏州。房间卫生干净，很安静，老板和服务员都很热情，态度很好。

环境相当不错，进门就有一个庭院，有锦鲤小龟。老板人特好，来了以后考虑我们订的房间太小，免费给我们升级了。服务很到位，且位置超好，下车两分钟就到店，一分钟就是景区门口。下次来还会住这里的！

一定要找好停车场，不然走死你！房间里好多虫，蜘蛛网，马桶纸巾也冲不下去，晚上回去要自备电筒，总之，不开心

老板人超好，出来接还帮我们拿行李，回到店里大汗淋漓也不介意。看见我们一家子还帮我们免费升级到家庭房。店里的环境就如园林般。可以到店里再买游览同里的票，加上水墨剧场的套票，很划算。
