住5号楼，三楼K丅V一直唱到零晨4:30，声音非常大，向总台投诉多次，总台先讲可以去联系K丅V，后讲可以换房，因女儿已睡着，所以未换，我是一夜未睡。前台告诉我KTV叫“一起唱”，K丅V可以营业到凌晨四点半吗？酒店明知这个情况，还将这样的房间卖给客人？真是坑呀！
