前台很不专业，还没办好入驻就让在携程五星好评，明明是用的艺龙预定；
没有核对就收钱，刷的是一晚的房费，明明是定了两晚，主动说明才更改；
第二天房间的一次性用品没有添，打电话给前台两次态度冷漠；
硬件还算不错可是服务差太远，跟前一天在上海住的落差很大，让人得不到放松也通过服务的细节怀疑卫生程度！
