住了N多次沛喜 第一次住沛喜觉得这么失望 员工换了一批 延迟房费的价格乱收 住了两晚床单有一晚是破的 忍了 但是酒店前台的素质真的有待提高 同程的售后 就用一句你延迟的房费不是我们收的 我们不负责为理由不处理事情 第一晚 问延迟是一个小时50 第二晚退房时前台电话告知延迟要收120的费用 我朋友就来火了 什么情况 昨天说50今天说120 前台反应了一会 说那延迟也是要收费用的 大家自己理解吧 反正酒店再继续不注重员工素质培养 估计投诉一大堆 好好的酒店 服务咋就这样了 真失望
