房间隔音差，外面和隔壁的声音都挺响，影响休息。总台服务态度较差，标准间就给准备了一双一次性拖鞋，打电话向总台索要，辩解说怕洗澡地板滑，是另外给准备了塑胶拖鞋的，强行不给。恕我直言，既然你提供了一次性拖鞋和塑胶拖鞋，就是给客人选择的，我都选一次性拖鞋，数量不够，你强行不给，我不服。差评不谢。不过房间打扫还是及时和人性化的。寝具给没给换新的倒是不知道，反正有股异味，不多做评价。
