我今年7月22日下午四点半入住该酒店，晚六点出去和同学聚会，夜里12点进房间休息，7月23日上午九点出去到下午一点回酒店退房，包里的2000元现金少了200元。打电话给酒店前台，打了三次才有回复，说找他们的大堂经理，然后大堂经理说过三个工作日内给我答复，三个工作日到了也不给我打电话，我打电话过去问他，他说这个时间段没有清洁工进来不承认，又说在过一天给我答复，今天打电话还是不承认，我跟他说我到苏州来，你把监控调给我看，如果有人进过我房间，你不但要赔我200元，来回车费也你们出，他就是不答应，你们说这里边有没有鬼！黑店呀！请大家不要入住。

停车不是特别方便。需要在前台拿完卡才可以停。2508洗手间马桶冲水不是很好。有时会不灵。下次住下家庭房试试。衣架应该多准备两个。环境干净不错。

酒店设施完善，性价比很高，离金鸡湖也蛮近的，饮食交通都很便利，以后来苏州还会光临这家酒店住的。好评！
