酒店地理位置还可以，比较好找，房间设施都还比较新，有点迎宾水果，电动窗帘感觉不错的。但是没有冰箱，房间较闷空调冷气没开，开点窗户隔音很差。酒店客房和短期公寓混杂一块，竟然夜里楼上公寓房有情侣吵了一夜的架直至早上四点很是奇葩噪音特别扰人，让人难受，希望酒店管理要加强。早餐品种不多口味算是一般，酒店的性价比不是很高较贵哦，前台接待服务人员很热情也较专业。

酒店设施现代化，电脑电视一体，卫生间立体有音响，6楼服务接待小荣服务周到热情，每间房间具体介绍设施及使用，帮忙烧热水，拿拖鞋，开空调，开电视，花有些不新鲜马上给换盆，房间卫生整洁！刚入住就先给个好评，下次来常熟首选

国庆入住，368的价格小贵，房间刚装修的，东西都是新的，但房间不大，床品挺温馨的，卫生间也偏小，马桶，窗帘全都是电动的

第一感觉就是干净！新装修，味道已经散掉了。温馨亲子房，一大床一小床，小床也很大。厕所干净卫生，热水一开就有，水也很大。
订房的时候说是含二早，入住时主动给了三张早餐券，点赞。国庆旺季，服务也不打折。前台2个妹子态度很好。
早餐也ok，品种虽不多，但该有的基本都有了。餐厅的服务意识也很强。
这次短暂的住宿，却留下非常深刻的印象。没有选错，下次来还会入住。希望酒店的服务水准一直保持下去。
