酒店不是一般的差。我艺龙网，我订的是浪漫之都房间。**前台说没有了。爱住不住。后来我说不住，但是我老婆的行李都带着呢。我又进去问，是真的没有吗？前台说，有是有，要加钱。我**当时气的要死。还是要了她说的那个，11号房间。我花了两百二十八订的房间。还**要加钱。**什么东西啊！隔音太差。奉劝大家三思而后行啊。别花冤枉钱。我不会再去住一次！垃圾主题酒店

前台服务太差，入住时在前台等半天，都接待，房间大都没窗户，里面闭气的要命。最主要的商务出差发票想多开点面额，竟然不啃，下次坚决不来这住了。

酒店环境很好，有免费停车位。有无线网络。店内设施也很新，比较干净卫生，当房间不大。每个房间都有各个主题，孩子很是喜欢。服务人员态度很好。酒店位置很好，吃饭、购物、游玩都比较方便。总体来说很不错，以后来苏州还会去住。
