硬件勉强及格，但房间的地毯边上都跑出来了，贴脚线很脏，卫生间没有单独淋浴，玻璃也没有擦干净。餐厅服务人员不太有经验，菜品也不太了解。但中餐的菜点还是不错的。
除前台服务员还算热情外都没有什么表情，看到像没有看到一样。
总体来说不太满意，需要改进的地方很多。

环境很好，设施也不少，可惜游泳池外包了，健身房发霉了，入住办理速度慢，房间放出来很少，房间有点脏。
