酒店环境很不错，占地面积大、停车方便，客房衞生乾净，前台服务佳，窗帘遮光效果很好，一觉睡到天亮，EMily chen升级拉开窗帘能看到高尔夫球场和春申湖，
入住时前台送上的红枣茶很好喝，香味浓郁，下次再来！

到酒店办理入住很晚了，当天前台EMily chen特意打了电话问了什么时候可以到酒店，跟我核对了订房讯息（入住天数及房型），特帮我做了免费升级，这点很不错，酒店开业很久了吧，房间设施略有老旧了，跟前台反映问题响应很快，也是值得表扬的，服务上还是很到位的，整体来説还是很不错的！值得推荐哦

The staff was kind and very helpful. They provided us with a free upgrade and tried they best to match or needs. Everything was clean. The floor manager also ensured that we get a cup of coffee before we left, thank you. There was just a foul smell around the swimming pool, it might be the still standing water on the lake. I hope it will get sorted soon for our return.

房间很大卫生很好，有阳台窗外风景很好，房间位置朝阳可以在这寒冷的冬天感受到阳光的味道，饭后无事也可以在阳台吹吹风看看外面的风景行人。在晚上面对如此好看的湖让人忍不住想拍几张照片记录着美好的生活，如果是夏天夜晚一定非常凉快舒适。非常好的一次住房体验，以后一定多光顾，服务也很好还有可口的早餐，五星酒店就是五星酒店为你们点赞，新的一年祝愿酒店生意兴隆越来越好！
