景观房真的非常棒，装修一流，瓷砖是我喜欢的风格，房间里东西一应俱全，体验特别棒。是去太仓给我男朋友过生日特地订的，应该是太仓最好的酒店了，特别新。提前打电话过去让帮忙准备酒杯，前台特意问是不是什么特别的日子，还为我们准备了果盘和字条，前台的Ella胡和Kate徐两位女士特别贴心，服务周到，全程笑脸温柔服务，一百个赞。

新酒店房间设施新的，卫生情况良好；酒店周围环境一般，两幢在建大楼和工地，无风景可言。房间设计奇葩，景观房的玻璃窗在浴缸旁边而正对房间是一堵墙。有可能是建筑本身的问题。酒店服务一般，前台尚可，没有行李员，总体感觉服务人员很少。除了新以外其他无语。
