酒店一般，家庭房很大有二间，外面一间有自动麻将桌，里面一间一个大床一个单人床，设施旧，空调声音响，隔音差。周边很热闹，步行5分钟可到平江路，步行15分钟可到观前街，出行方便。

前台和服务员态度都很好，热情，不管什么问题都认真回答，推荐的一日游还不错，虽然有购物点，但没有强制购物，买不买随意，导游很风趣幽默，旅途很开心。最最重要的是在这种黄金周拥堵时刻，有辆旅游大巴车是多么重要，不然真的很难打车！而且苏州的出租车很坑，故意找假钱给游客！！
位置很好，就在平江路边上。
