房间较小，空调遥控还有问题，不过前台服务态度倒是很好，就是房间没有电吹风，走廊上也没有，建议给房间配电吹风。

我们是3大1小，定的家庭房，非常满意。
首先房间挺干净的，洗澡的水也比较大，说是一张1.5m的床一张1.2m的床，但是床都比普通的大一些，睡的很宽敞；
其次位置，在山塘街附近，以前对山塘街没什么了解，没想到苏州有这么美的地方，我们晚上去的，真的很有特色很有感觉，强烈推荐一家名叫“海角7号”的冰沙，非常美味。
美中不足的地方：洗漱用品方面比较抠门，家庭房只有2套洗漱用品，而且没有浴帽。
另外提醒一下，不敢入住几个人，均要等级身份证的哦。

定了三天的酒店，一开始说是可以续约的，完全没问题的，因有事需要再多呆一天，我提前一天续约的时候，竟然告诉我不能续约，而且前台（是个男的）说起话来理直气壮，有点蛮横，就这样必须更换住宿了，时间全耽误了，好心情也被坏干净，而且设施比较老，酒店在装修、酒店外面在搞建筑和修路，对于自己出去玩的呢，真心不建议在这住，当然了，前台除了那个男的、其他人还是可以的。
