小年夜晚上七点多入住的，店家已经非常贴心的帮我们把空调和贴脚线全部开好。房间很暖和。晚上快一点，老公呼噜声震天，把我们吵醒，我想没办法睡了呀，跑去管家大姐那边把她叫醒，麻烦她另外开一间空房间。管家大姐一点没有埋怨我，还安慰我没事的，给开了房间，关照一下我，她再去睡觉。住了三晚，感觉很好，干净温馨，明年还会来住。

很棒的一次旅游，酒店很整洁，过年遇到疫情游客不多，但服务丝毫不减，环境和服务超出了预期，下次换个季节再去体验一下。

不知道以前的评论是不是商家刷的，这次住宿体验太差，空调整晚不热，房间里冻的要死，只能靠洗热水澡取暖。前台永远没人，到了第二天早上，连热水都没有了，十点以后也不提供早餐了。原本以为只是我们住的这间有问题，结果发现隔壁的住户面临同样的困境，直接报警了😂😂😂
