房型好，安静，住着舒服！只是位置有点偏，吃饭什么的不太方便！另外要吐槽一下，早上本来要赶回去，五点多就起来退房五点四十到前台竟然没人值班！？打电话喊二十多分钟硬是没人应好，明明旁边休息室有灯亮着，后来工作人员出来说晚上没有人的！这也是第一次见了！建议改善下！

很不干净，家具上都是灰尘，地板上也有灰尘和垃圾，感觉房间除了换过床单和毛巾外，根本就没打扫过，水很小，热水更小，没法洗澡，只能简单冲洗下，淋浴房的下水不畅，从没住过这么差的酒店，不会再去.

已经是第二次去啦，环境和房型都是不错的，推开窗户能看到太湖哦。不是自驾的朋友就不要去了，交通很不方便的。
