中秋订的，去了5家人，结果很不偷快。首先原来联系好的烧烤炉要收费，找了商家协调，总算免了。麻将机又是坏的，修了半天，耽误时间。再说房间，5个房，地下室就占了两间，小、不通风、有异味，谁都不愿住，闹得不愉快、影响关系。苍蝇蚂蚁太多，耍来电蚊拍，轮番打苍蝇，恶心。再说订酒店，我订时订单显示3885元，交4200，住完返300多，可住了没得还，联系客服，说是我没勾选，叫我以后要勾选。我一个老年人，眼神又不好，没看见选。为什么不自动返呢？谁会不要返了。商家要厚道、诚信。强烈不推荐这家酒店。

别墅虽然说有450平方，但房型不佳，客厅略小，装修没有豪华感，看上去有点简陋，最差的就是没有任何服务，因为是朋友聚会去的，特意带了几瓶红酒和香槟，别墅里找不到酒杯，打电话问工作人员借被告知没有酒杯，结果我们拿着水杯喝红酒香槟，有点遗憾，还有客厅也没有配置音响等设施，望能改进。

进去找房间有点波折，因为没有大堂，所以必须电话联系管家，别墅里直接办理入住，其他方面很完美！提醒大家那个别墅区里信号非常差，电话联系困难

酒店位置不太好找，一进门装修的味道很大有点呛人，二楼的一间圆床房的甲醛味道超级大。设施和环境都还不错
