非常非常好，装修好，安静，尤其冬天，有地暖，空调基本无声，都听不到空调外机的声音，**了、是这么多年来住的最安静的一次，被子也不潮湿

设施：设施稍微有点旧了。衞生：衞生的话还是比较整洁的。环境：外面是运河环境还是不错的，阳光也是可以的服务：给我升级了套房，整体不错。

第二次住这酒店，酒店房间很大，窗帘遮光质量很好，隔音效果也很好。房间与网上图片别无二致，装修风格独特。紧靠大运河，四周环境优美。早餐的麪是很有特色的哦。

酒店就在运河边上，风景很棒,安静。房间是苏州酒店里少有的宽敞，配有科勒浴缸。马桶上苏菲衞生巾好像也是complimentary，贴心。住进去相当舒适，床垫也不错。早餐沙拉和煎包好吃，餐厅工作人员主动帮忙打咖啡端到餐位上。满意的一次出行住宿。

不错的体验，很喜欢房间靠近京杭大运河，早餐品种不算很多，但味道都挺好的，周边交通还是蛮方便的，衞生方面也没得説！
