临时决定来苏州玩，很多地方都订不到了，看到了这家维也纳，真是环境很好，前台小姑娘很棒！很热情，酒店硬件设施齐全，环境很新。

酒店沿湖而建，环境很不错。对面及附近小吃饭店很多，方便。东边就是珍珠城，喜欢珍珠的好去处。携程网上预订不含早餐，登记时赠送了早餐，又可延时14:00退房，服务很贴心。

虽然是舒适性酒店，看上去档次还是比较高的，后院就是珍珠湖，环境很好。房间很宽敞，也比较干净。卫生间马桶还是全自动的。
