酒店设施一般，干净整洁，冲凉的水龙头固定不够牢固，冷热水供水不稳，时冷时热的，我们是在同程网上订的房间，包含早餐的，可到服务台登记的时候，服务员说在网上订的都没有送早餐，早上我打电话给同程，同程很快处理啦，同程的服务还是可以的。

酒店环境不错，房间设施都很干净，周围有很多吃的，离景点也近，适合天气凉爽的时候来，住个几天，可以周围的景点都逛逛

前台服务员差。自以为是的东西，还有空调根本都不制冷，什么空调啊，空调能不能弄好？空调开到最低度16度，房间温度还是28度，这能住啊？
