酒店设施陈旧，好像在装修，房间地毯很脏，周边环境不错，酒店造在青剑湖上，窗外就是湖，坐在窗边喝喝茶看看风景很暇意。

大家看看这种环境能评4星吗？前台只有一位人，大堂空荡荡，没有客房服务，房间冰箱不知道是哪位客人遗留的牛奶已经发霉发烂，酒店墙壁都裂开了，这种酒店居然能上4星上高档？

要不是急于订有家庭房或者三人间，地理位置又适中的酒店，而没有时间好好看看评论的话，我是不会订这家酒店的，既然下了单不能退，那就只好认了。
