第一天去住的底楼房间霉味之大，还第一次碰到，还有蜘蛛网。幸好第二天，给换了个二楼房间。

離觀前街要走好一段路,浴室簡陋又髒,熱水太燙,請服務員修了半天才好,弄得整間浴室都是水. 前台服務人員態度不佳!

酒店环境不错，去观前街，园林那边，公交车很方便，内部设施虽然有些陈旧，但还是挺舒适的，房间窗户也大。

之所以选择新文宾馆，是因为它离朋友家比较近。由于在苏州比较市中心的地方，去的时候堵车堵得厉害。好不容易到了宾馆，客房的服务还是比较不错的。我们定的是标间，有点小了，但是能在这个位置定到这个价格的房子也还可以了
