我们是11点半去的，刚去就强制要求换房，不换就下午才能入住，房间很小，与网上25平米不符，还很凶的说，网上是网上，实际大小是实际大小，大小只有10平方，房间床很小，屋里有臭味，被单，枕巾发黄。服务态度很不好，说话爱理不理，真是无语了，开心的旅游碰到这种人
