用携程订过的唯一最不靠谱的酒店了，300块钱根本不值，只住一晚，第二天一早退房前台的老大爷说他这开不了，得去旁边的饭馆开！去了饭馆服务员跟我说因为今天是周日所以开不了发票，你也不动动脑子这种理由真就没有一点说服力，要不是因为赶时间，真要与他们理论一下！

同程预订确认很快，服务周到。酒店在阳澄湖半岛重元寺入口处，周边就是一个仿古小街，路口斜对面就是免费的半岛公园。设施有点陈旧，服务还算可以，热水要放好久才出来。感觉偏贵。

环境非常美，老板人很好、和客气。
酒店为私人承包，前台是位大爷，服务不是很到位，我们想要增加一条被子，先说没有，还说没有这规矩的，没法给我们。后来又说给20元钱可以提供一条（旁边清扫阿姨说仓库里有被子）。最后我们说要上网投诉，他才说给老板打电话。
老板是很客气的，说能免费增加一条被子，最后还是提供了被子。

环境还是不错，可能是淡季没有人，太冷静。房间舒服，但洗澡热水不够热。吃饭不方便，要乘车到较远地方才有吃。艺龙网上订，带早餐，但是到那里什么也没有，希望以后双方应沟通好，使客人有准备，到时饿肚子不太好。
