非常差！！我们还没退房，酒店就把我们的房间打扫完，把房间给定出去了，一早醒来催我们退房。半夜1点给我们打来电话叫我们交钱，吵醒一家人。非常不诚信的酒店。

酒店整体环境不错，服务好。一楼大厅的一日游大叔非常热情，艺龙定的送了一日游。酒店经理很照顾，带着宝宝住店，房间很大，尤其是卫生间，性价比高。位置不错，走路到留园10分钟不到，边上就是商场，吃的超市应有尽有～很愉快的苏州之行～～下次来还会选择～
