这是一家很不错的酒店，位于市中心、出行方便、有停车场，从进店开始门口的保安指引就很贴心，大厅值班的工作人员会主动帮我们拉行李；前台服务员很热情，服务周到，办理入住很迅速；客房干净整洁，房间还赠送水果和饮料，晚上和朋友一起在酒店里吃了自助餐，菜肴品种丰富，性价比高，值得一尝；早餐也还可以，尤其现煎的蛋卷很好吃。由于工作关系，退房时回到店里晚了，前台的小妹主动帮我延迟了2小时退房，很贴心。下次来昆山就选择一醉皇冠酒店了，感觉总体很棒。
