酒店位置，卫生，房间都很好
最好的是服务，前台小徐先生很好，周到耐心，
特别感谢礼宾部的服务，下车时主动的到车旁帮忙拿行李，一直到前台，办理好手续，每次出门回来都会帮忙按电梯，真的很周到，很耐心，非常感谢，你们的热情周到的服务
早餐也很好，品种齐全，中西都有，很干净

酒店位置好，而且闹中取静。硬件设施也很好，床、枕头、卫浴小件都很好。床单和房间卫生也做的很不错。前台和服务人员的态度也很nice。 总之体验很好。
说点不好的的地方，希望酒店能改进。 第一、545还是547房间的玄关有块地砖松动了，玄关瓷砖和房间地板间有落差，很明显。第二、网络有点卡，速度太慢。

本来是一次美美的旅程，房价也不算便宜，自己愿意的都能承受！中午入住，酒店二楼餐厅用餐，觉得都还可以，下午出去玩了，傍晚回房间后，觉得也不想出去吃，还在二楼晚餐好了。点了煲仔饭，跟服务员说了，先下单，她说十多分钟就可以了。结果上来的煲仔饭居然是直接烧好的米饭，直接盛在砂锅中，盖了两三棵青菜和几片腊肉腊场，而且是没一点热气的冷饭，开始还想忍，后来老公受不了，问服务员餐厅经理在吗，她说在的，然后一直没出来，后来虽然要求退换了，但这样的高档酒店，居然做出此等煲仔饭，真的是想不通！生平第一次碰到！
