我经常出差对酒店要求偏高一点，自己腰椎颈椎不是太好，这个酒店的让人眼前一亮，特别人性化卫生特别好，床品到洗漱用品都是一流的，客栈的服务相当到位，老板人非常好考虑太周到了，关键这个价格享受到这样的服务，给个满分

真的特别好，鑫梅管家服务一流，出行定了两个房间4个女孩子，帅哥全程提箱子，房间是我喜欢的文艺气息，太棒了，所有的东西都是无印良品，真心话，特别特别好，还可以自己烹茶，榻榻米是我喜欢的款式

很喜欢客栈的设计，很惊喜，第一次入住日式装修的客栈，入住就感觉特别舒服，心情大增，服务很周到，各方面都很用心照顾！设备都很齐全，房间卫生都很干净！又慢生活的意境！很享受！

抽空到周庄一游，这家店位置比较好。服务和环境在网上看来也还算不错。到的时候相对较晚，服务人员都还是蛮热情的。房间是偏日式的风格为主，比较简约。房间的设施还是比较新的，能给人一种比较惬意放松的感觉，总体还不错。
