环境和价格很好，就是办入住的时候，等了很久，一直办退房，我们在前面来的，都谁来退房就先办理退房，等了很久很久，当时可能就一个人上班，那个人可能只负责办理退房的吧，开房的等了很久，就一点不满意，给服务员说话，还不高兴，可能酒店严，不敢大声说，嘴巴嘀咕嘀咕的
