很少点评酒店。但这次体验真的太差了。
客房遗留了笔记本电脑，早上9点多退房，到下午5点都没人联系。
退房3分钟内查房，发现有电脑这种贵重物品遗留不立刻联系，还要等到第二天客房部做成报表再做联系？
这是什么逻辑？当时打电话还能立刻返回酒店取，第二天客人已经离开怎么办？
如果这就是希尔顿的制度，那我觉得这个制度是有问题的！
