浴巾有黄色污点，基本无服务，
1.捡到取店卡送到前台，无感谢话语，
2.使用东西无送到房间服务，
3.东西落到酒店无通知，本人发现后与其联系才有反馈，
4.需要赶车希望到前台直接取东西要求被驳回，必须自己取
