人一到酒店，前台小姑娘刘杰就送我小孩个玩偶，把孩子高兴坏了，酒店真心不错，硬件都没的说，非常棒，很好的入住体验。

其它都好，就是装修味道太大，前台服务也不错，但不够灵活，我去的那天刚好下雨，火车站的司机又不载这么近的客，滴滴又排了60多位，又没有躲雨的地方，打电话到前台，想叫他们帮忙叫个车接我，结果要我们自己找，或者坐公交去，最后全身都湿透了，才在雨停后找到一辆车，哎，希望以后这类贴心服务可以增加一些！
