房间宽敞舒适、价格实惠、整洁干净、设施一流、服务态度佳，喜欢宽敞的床和舒服的飘窗，里面的小摆件小细节让人喜欢，茶也好喝，每天水果，离开时还贴心地帮忙找车、带水果和水，让常年出门的人感觉很有家和朋友的感觉，住在12层，安静好眠，离高铁站打车8元钱，网上订的房，本打算住一晚就换地方的，孩子喜欢，又多住了一晚，离开时让人忍不住想好评，因为从来不擅评价，所以没来的及拍照，只在凌晨离店时拍录了大堂视频，以念！

很好的体验，价格合适，干净卫生，酒店有餐厅，自助早餐很不错，酒店房间宽敞明亮，晚上风景很好，有送水果，很贴心，37路从泰安站出来从酒店门前过可到天外村入口，去泰山很方便。总体还是很不错的。

设施很不错，电动窗帘，电动浴帘，视频门口检测，很大的电视，直饮水。前台服务很好，十一点多被楼道大声喧闹吵醒，经理亲自给我更换楼层，服务意识极高，值得推荐。有个不足就是马桶圈上有尿液，估计是清洁工忘了清扫了，望加强管理。建议，将团体客人单独安排到一个楼层，或者将明确要求安静房间的客人单独安排到一个楼层。

前台的小美女们服务非常好，我的手磕破了，帮我拿创可贴，很暖心，临走时还给拿的水和水果，下次来还会住这里，朋友来旅游会建议住这里，交通也很方便，最主要房间的床非常舒服！就说这些吧，嘻嘻！
