酒店位置非常好，我们晚上8:30到达高铁站，打车很顺利，有很多出租车??，秩序井然，排队等候，只等了10分钟，比之前了解到的晚上打车难，顺利多了。到了酒店，前台小妹热情接待，酒店环境好，大厅时尚，房间宽敞干净，舒适，东西很新。酒店位置好，距离泰山很近，有公交车直达，步行也就25分钟达到天外村，周边有吃的。楼下就是公交车站直达到火车站。会推荐朋友来酒店住。

本来感觉还好，但是晚上隔壁还是楼上住客开了空调后，悲剧就来了，空调外机吵的不得了，关了窗也吵，根本没办法睡觉，真的是无妄之灾，面对这种情况，酒店方也表示无法处理，只能让我们将就，酒店最重要的一项服务就是应该要保证住客有一个良好的休息环境，这么基本都做不到，怪我运气差罗～

前台服务态度一般，明明订了三人间，房间的陈设也是标间大小，所有的东西全部只给两人份，要求加洗漱用具及被褥时非常不容易，房间本身也确实一般
