前台服务员像哑巴一样 没有迎来送往 没有礼貌用语 我一度怀疑他是残疾人。酒店暖风不能用 房间一晚18度，要知道现在外面已经零下了。隔音巨差，半夜十一点临时更换房间，很糟糕。

非常糟糕的一次住宿，说我们订的一天，然后第二天就跟我们讲没房间，不能再续住了，有点赶我们走的意思，主要前一天也没有跟我讲明，当天入住，不续两天的话，第二天可能没房间呀，搞的我临时有事还要带着行李，真是气死了
