房间装修和布置看起来很高大上的样子，但是实质住宿体验不好，刚从泰山下来住进去要洗澡，水龙头放了很久的热水都不太热，给总服务台和客房中心打电话，要很多次才接通。第一次打，服务员说给看看，水温开始有点热了，但是还是温的，再打第二次，又说给看看，过了会水温才又热了点，可以洗了。洗澡的喷头也是坏的，一部分水倒喷到天花板再下来，洗天花板的二道水了…隔音也很差，其他房间吵闹听得很清楚。一次性洗漱用品是收费的。
