太坑了！本来是为了离红门近住的，想一大早去爬泰山。结果早上六点去退房竟然没有人！打电话互相推诿！白白等了二十分钟才有人回来！居然是去买菜了！上班时间买菜？！？！

酒店外表高端大气，上档次！内部设施一般般！电视机是十几年前的！网络不稳定！灯不能全亮！没有排风扇！其他的还可以！服务还行，一开始的房间不好，提出来后立即给更换了！

卫生打扫不够细致，窗台灯罩灰尘很多，厕所也疏忽大意没有清理干净，不过服务人员在得到反馈后积极打扫，态度很好，其他方面还是不错的。总体来说值得推荐。
