酒店服务非常到位、打的士到酒店、进店时门童交给我一张卡、竟然是我送我来的的士车牌号码、他说万一您要是丢了东西在车上、找寻就方便了、客房中心的服务也很到位、必须为东岳山庄点赞

房间很不错 里面的的装饰很用心 就是说携程入住送的小礼品并没有兑现啊 感觉房间像是大床房间改造的 就在头顶上有开关充电插口 好不安全的感觉

位置很好，条件不错。但是服务人员素质很差。餐厅服务员扎堆聊天，不干活。客房服务员不检查设备，地漏堵了，要等我们用时才知道。大堂服务员一脸死相，既不会说欢迎也不会说再见，连收款给钱都不会递到你手里。
