我上午八点左右退的房 ，离酒店二十分钟后，回去找说没有了 可是我洗完澡明明就放在床上的，搞卫生的阿姨一口咬定没看到 酒店前台也一口说 她们的员工不会拿客人的东西 ，如果不给我满意的答复我一定投诉你们酒店

位置还不错！周围商业丰富！酒店集中空调热风档吹的冷风，时逢变天，刮大风，窗户关闭不严，总觉得屋子里凉风习习，外面的凉风，屋里的凉风，确实有点凉！早餐菜品也不太热！感觉没有达到4星级的水准！晚上送的酸奶和小点心还是非常感谢的！

位置好，晚上洗澡没凉水，给前台打电话让打另一个电话，另一个又让打其他的电话，后一个电话不是占线就是没人接。此外隔音不好，隔壁房间卫生间流水声响了一夜。
