是三年来艺龙推荐性价比最高的酒店。酒店干净卫生，很安静。服务员态度热情，训练有素，完全达到四星酒店标准。酒店内部空间布局与北京天伦王朝酒店近似。一楼自助餐价廉物美。酒店周围餐饮店种类较多。

此评论从专业角度出发。首先要说的是服务，经过沟通办理入住时间给我们提前至早8点，因为经过夜爬泰山之后我们非常需要洗澡及休息。在此方面前台服务人员没有任何犹豫也表示了充足的理解。我们7点就到达了酒店，在等待了一小时后前台服务人员告知我们由于大床房没有清理完毕所以给我们免费升级到了套房，并在我们出门的期间由服务人员冯玉香，王圣燕，孙可新给我们在房间里放置了surprise小礼物，并附上手写的欢迎言语。
本人在欧洲长大，并毕业于瑞典隆德大学的酒店服务管理系，体验过很多不同国家的酒店服务文化，也曾在万豪集团的国际奢侈酒店工作，但山东泰安的这个四星级酒店带给我的服务体验让我很是惊艳。服务热情，环境良好，大堂人员包括礼宾部着装干净整洁，地理位置距离泰山出口不是很远。对此次服务体验我很是感谢所有酒店人员。10/10我在下次游览泰安的时候会再次选择此酒店。
P.S 我们凌晨1点左右归来的时候前台值夜班的小妹妹光着脚跪在了办公椅上，虽然如果从专业角度上来说这不是很妥当，但这不失为一种可爱，更增加了一些人情气息。毕竟前台夜班很多时候还是很无聊又疲惫的😉

酒店离天外村游客上山大巴站不远，房间舒适卫生，客房服务员王圣燕，孙凤玲，韩苗热情周到，还贴心的赠送了果盘和泰山纪念小挂件。入住感觉很好，值得推荐👍
