硬件是不错了，就这服务太一般了，尤其是楼下自助餐这住店的客人就不能单设一个通道吗？本身就长途开车过来这吃个饭还得站那排队等着，这些细节问题有待提高

酒店总体评价不错，如果满分十分，可以打八分吧。优点缺点结合说吧。1.大堂气味芬芳，前台面积小，只有两人办理业务，速度慢。2.服务员彬彬有礼，但是似乎分工责任划分不清，第二天带走的早餐问了好几个人才找到。3.房间面积不错，窗户边上略显局促。4.多用办公桌为不规则椭圆形玻璃，支撑结构不太稳定。5.建议办公桌旁边多加一把椅子。6.卫生间双门设计，可是门锁开关都已经失灵。7.有直饮水，口感还不错，大赞。8.不知是天气原因还是什么，洗澡水不是很热，开到最热放满浴缸，泡进去只能说是温水。9.停车场比较拥挤，地下车位不充足。
